About the RFP

After five years of successful partnerships with field organizations on 9 high-impact projects across Africa and Asia, Removall Carbon is launching its 2026 Request for Proposals to identify its next carbon project financing opportunities. To date, these projects are expected to avoid and sequester over 15 million tCO₂e and benefit more than 1,000,000 people throughout their lifespan.

Through this call for projects, we are looking to partner with trusted, locally embedded organizations seeking financing to co-develop and implement high-impact carbon projects. The objective is not to select the most advanced projects, but rather those aligned with our criteria and where a co-development approach can bring significant value.

Our priority areas include:

  • Mangrove restoration, focused on plantation activities generating removal credits exclusively
  • Reforestation and agroforestry, generating removal credits exclusively
  • Cookstove and safe water solutions, for which we are exclusively seeking projects backed by a Letter of Authorization (LoA) eligible with Article 6 of the Paris Agreement
